Super nice Erkennungsmarke from a member of the 14. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS (galiz. Nr. 1) from Brody in Ukraine. It belonged to a German recruit in SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Ausbildungs-und-Ersatz-Bataillon 9, which was located in Stralsund. Quite some recruits from this unit were transferred to the 14th Ukrainian division. It was found on positions where it got destroyed in July 1944.

The condition is really good.
