Extremely nice aluminum Erkennungsmarke from a recruit in the 3./Infanterie-Ersatz-Bataillon 335, who ended up in a Wehrmacht unit on the Narva front.

This training battalion was providing soldiers to the 205. Infanterie-Division. This tag was found however on positions of the 58. Infanterie-Division along the Narva river, directly South of the Auvere Power Plant.

The tag itself is in wonderful condition.
