Very nice aluminum id tag (erkennungsmarke) from a Hiwi member of the 6./Infanterie-Regiment 163, which was part of the 52. Infanterie-Division.
The unit was dissolved in November 1943, after suffering heavy losses near Orsha.
The tag is in very good condition.
