Very nice zinc id tag (erkennungsmarke) from a member of the 2./SS-Freiwilligen-Pionier-Bataillon 14, which was the engineer battalion of the 14. Galizische SS-Freiwilligen-Division. It was found near Brody, where the Ukrainian division suffered heavy losses in July 1944.
The tag is in very good condition.
