Very nice zinc id tag (erkennungsmarke) from a member of the 5./SS-Freiwilligen-Artillerie-Regiment 14, which was the artillery regiment of the 14. Galizische SS-Freiwilligen-Division. It was found near Zolochiv, a small town near Brody, where the Ukrainian division suffered heavy losses in July 1944.

The tag is in good condition. One part of the tag is missing, but it remains unbroken and solid, and the text is still readable.
