Very nice and rare half zinc Erkennungsmarke from a member of the 5./SS-Ersatz-Batallion "Germania", which was stationed in Hamburg and later on in Holland.

The tag was found in the area of Kursk, so we assume the owner of this tag ended up in one of the division fighting there in July 1943.

The tag is in solid condition. Rare tag to find.
