Wonderful and rare zinc Erkennungsmarke from a member of the 4./SS-Feld-Ausbildungs-Bataillon 11 "Nordland". Tags from field replacement units are always rare to find, since most of the recruits already got their tags in the training battalions.

Some years ago, a hoard find of over sixty tags were found near Uckermark, behind the Oder front.

This field training battalion was stationed there in March and April 1945.

The condition is really nice.
