Nice relic-condition zinc id tag (erkennungsmarke) of a member of SS-Artillerie-Regiment 5, part of the “Wiking” division.

It was found in the Cherkassy cauldron, on positions of the break-out on 16 February 1944. The tag is broken and one part is missing, but the condition of the remaining parts is nice and the text clearly readable.
