Nice and rare half zinc Erkennungsmarke from a member of SS-Pionier-Ausbildungs-Bataillon 2, which was first stationed in Hradischko and later moved to Passau.

Although the high number would indicate otherwise, this is a rare tag to find. The tag has been broken into two pieces, but the condition is solid and the text clearly readable.

The tag has been broken on the place where the "A." {Ausbildungs-) was stamped of which the outlines can still be seen.
