Very nice zinc ground-dug Erkennungsmarke from a member of the Stab I./SS-Freiwilligen-Regiment 2, part of the Lettische SS-Freiwilligen-Division, formed in the Autumn of 1943, and sent to the Wolchow front in November 1943, where it shortly stayed before it went to the front in Velikiye Luki.
Several of these Latvian tags, all from the Stab I. Btl., were found recently in the village of Selo Gora near Novgorod.
Very nice condition.
Please note, only one tag is offered!
