Wonderful aluminum Erkennungsmarke from a Hilfswillige (HiWi) in Divisions-Füsilier-Bataillon 267, which was part of the 267. Infanterie-Division. It was found near Minsk in Belarus.

The tag is in really good condition, and what makes it special, is that it is numbered "1". Usually, only a few dozen of such Hilfswilligen, like captured Soviet soldiers, were attached to such battalions.

Attractive piece of history, and rare to see items from Belarus.
