We believe this tag was issued somewhere in 1940, and may have seen the Westfeldzug in France in 1940 as well as the entire Eastern Front campaign.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It was found near <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ko\u017el\u00ed u Orl\u00edka<\/strong><\/span>, in the vicinity of Pisek in Czech Republic, where several units surrendered in May 1945.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The tag has been broken, but is in wonderful condition with the text clearly readable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Absolutely perfect textbook tag of this unit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wonderful and rare zinc Erkennungsmarke from a member of the 8.\/SS-Totenkopf-Artillerie-Regiment, which was part of the SS-Division &#171;Totenkopf&#187;.
