His first name was <strong>Peter<\/strong>, and in August 1940, he was already wearing an <strong>Iron Cross Second Class<\/strong> (Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse), the <strong>Parachutist Badge<\/strong> (Fallschirmsch\u00fctzenabzeichen), the <strong>Sudetenland Medal<\/strong> ribbon, and a SA Sports Badge.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, he seems to be wearing the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Fallschirm-J\u00e4ger-Rgt. 1 cufftitle<\/strong><\/span> on his right sleeve.
