Rare and interesting ground-dug example of a NSDAP party leader's belt buckle, marked M4/39, indicating it was made by Assmann & Söhne.

It is made of aluminum with a gold finish, of which the remnants can be seen. The belt buckle has been preserved well, considering it was buried for such a long time. It was in Czech Republic, but we do not know the exact location.

It was most probably thrown away in May 1945.

Nice and sharp-looking display piece, and a rather uncommon piece to see ground-dug.
