Three very nice, well-researched photos of an early-decorated Fallschirmjäger NCO with his family in Königsberg. His first name was Peter, and in August 1940, he was already wearing an Iron Cross Second Class (Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse), the Parachutist Badge (Fallschirmschützenabzeichen), the Sudetenland Medal ribbon, and a SA Sports Badge.

Moreover, he seems to be wearing the Fallschirm-Jäger-Rgt. 1 cufftitle on his right sleeve. He probably received the Iron Cross for jumping into Norway in April 1940 or into Holland/Belgium in May 1940.
