Wonderful zinc Erkennungsmarke from a Belarussian member of the weissruthenisches Schutzmannschaft-Freiwilligen-Bataillon 64.

It was formed in 1944 and later absorbed into Schutzmannschaft-Brigade Siegling, which was later used to form the 30. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS (russ. Nr. 2), and then the second 30. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS (weissruth. Nr. 1).

It is very rare to find original SchuMa tags, and it most probably belonged to a member who ended up in the Waffen-SS.
