A very interesting group of five original German WW2 belt buckles, all showing clear signs of battlefield damage. The group includes examples from the Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe, Polizei, and Kriegsmarine, offering collectors a representative selection of service-branch buckles recovered from former combat areas.

Particularly noteworthy is the Kriegsmarine buckle, recovered in Crimea, a region that witnessed heavy fighting throughout the war. This example is especially interesting as it was previously featured in a published reference work, with the relevant book scans included for reference. Such documented provenance is rarely encountered.
