Very nice half zinc Erkennungsmarke from a member of the 7.(Pz.Jäg.)/Ersatz-Regiment "Grossdeutschland".

The seventh company of Infanterie-Ersatz-Regiment "Grossdeutschland" provided replacement personnel for the anti-tank units of Infanterie-Division "Grossdeutschland".

The tag was found near Kharkiv in Ukraine, and most have been lost during the fighting in the beginning of 1943.

A very nice tag and a very rare one to encounter.
