Very nice zinc Erkennungsmarke from a member of the 1./Nachrichten-Abteilung of the Lettische SS-Freiwilligen-Division. This Latvian unit was formed in September 1943, and renamed into 15. Lettische SS-Freiwilligen-Division one month later. This tag was probably made in that time-frame, when the divisional signal's battalion was formed. All these tags were made in the same fashion.

This tag, which is a textbook example, is in very nice and solid condition.
