Very nice huge portrait photo of a Luftwaffe Unteroffizier, taken in Brest in France.

The photo measures 12.5 x 17 cm. Brest is famous for the battles in August and September 1944, after the city was encircled by the US Army.

A huge amount of Fallschirmjäger was trapped in this pocket and fighting there until they capitulated.
