A rare, albeit broken, zinc Erkennungsmarke from a member of the Kommandeur der Gendarmerie of Polizei-Gebiet IV, which was part of the Befehlshaber der Ordnungspolizei Kroatien.

Polizei-Gebiet IV was located in Djakovo. The commander of Polizei-Gebiet IV was SS-Oberführer Richard Kaaserer, who was trialed and executed in Yugoslavia, in 1947. The tag was found in Germany.

Unfortunately in rough condition, but still a very rare tag to come by.
