Very nice classic zinc Erkennungsmarke from a member of the SS-Surmbrigade "Dirlewanger", which became the 36. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS "Dirlewanger" in February 1945.

The tag was found in the Halbe pocket, where the remnants of "Dirlewanger" got destroyed at the end of April and the beginning of May 1945.

It has two slots and a very low number.

Perfect example and not common to find.
