Very nice and rare zinc Erkennungsmarke from a recruit in SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Ausbildungs-und-Ersatz-Bataillon 9, which was the training and reserve unit of the 9. SS-Panzer-Division "Hohenstaufen", and which was stationed in Stralsund in Northern Germany.

The tags all have the same font and all have very high numbers, for reasons unknown to us. The tag was found in Germany, although we don't know the exact location. The tag itself is in good solid condition with the text clearly readable.
