Two extremely nice zinc id tags (erkennungsmarke) from members of the 14. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS.

These two tags were found together in 2021 in Yasenovtsy village in the Zolochiv district near Lviv, historically better known as the Brody cauldron. The first tag is from SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Ausbildungs-und-Ersatz-Bataillon 10 and the second from the 5./SS-Freiwilligen-Artillerie-Regiment 14. Both tags were most probably lost during the break-out attempt in July 1944, when the Ukrainian SS division was destroyed.

They are sold as a pair because they were found so. Very nice opportunity to buy two Waffen-SS id tags from a famous battlefield.
