Super nice field-made aluminum Erkennungsmarke from a member of SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Ersatz-Bataillon 11, the training unit that provided soldiers to the III. (germanisches) SS-Panzer-Korps. We found this tag ourselves, together with a Wehrmacht tag, near Toila in Estonia.

They were on top of each other, and we only offer it as a pair.

The tag looks like it has been made of a part of a machine gun box or from a similar material. The description is extremely well done for a field-made example.

Really interesting pieces from a very historical place.
