Super nice and very rare zinc Erkennungsmarke from a member of SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 10 "Westland", part of the 5. SS-Panzer-Division "Wiking".

It was found in the area of Lysshanka-Shanderovka the place where the "Wiking" broke out from the Cherkassy pocket in February 1944.

The tag itself is in very good and solid condition.

"Westland" tags are very rare to encounter, even more so from such a historical place.
