Very nice zinc Erkennungsmarke from a medical soldier of Sanitäts-Ersatz-Abteilung 4. It was found in Russia, but we do not know the exact location. The owner of the tag was most probably acting as a medical NCO or officer in a combat unit.
The tag is in good condition.
