Very nice zinc Erkennungsmarke from a member of the 8./SS-Freiwilligen-Grenadier-Regiment 29, which was part of the 14. SS-Freiwilligen-Division. The 8th company was a so-called heavy company.

The tag was found in the Brody pocket, where the 14th Ukrainian SS division was destroyed in July 1944.

It is in very good and solid condition with the markings clearly readable.
