Nice and rare zinc Erkennungsmarke from a recruit in the 1./SS-Kavallerie-Ersatz-Abteilung, which was stationed in Warschau and provided recruits to the 8. SS-Kavallerie-Division. The tag has suffered a bit from corrosion, but is in solid condition with the text clearly readable.

It has the classic font for these tags.

It was found in Czech, although we do not know the exact location.

Nice display piece.
