Wonderful photo grouping from a dentist in the 2. Sanitäts-Kompanie 183, which was a part of the 83. Infanterie-Division. This division was fighting near Marienburg in August 1944, and then retreated to the direction of Saldus, where it was fighting in Kurland until it was shipped to Pomerania in December 1944. The grouping consists of nine photos, all taken in the second half of 1944 in Latvia, and some of them with researchable descriptions on the back.

It is very rare to find pictures from Kurland.
